haha I have one of those kinds of mailboxes - the buzzer scares the living daylights out of you even when you're expecting it - I somehow have still not advised the landlord that it hasn't worked for about two years or so now...

I used to live in a building with buzzers on the mailboxes, but they didn't work anymore.

Now he can be like Oscar and Felix... Oh, wait. He'd need a split personality for that. Do you think he could handle it? LOL
