First date or territorial dispute?
I don't know anything about rabbits, so it's not clear to me what's going on here. All I know is that the cats are going insane watching all this rabbit ruckus in the backyard.
So, rabbit experts: prelude to romance or the rabbit equivalent of a Crips vs. Bloods turf war?

Males hop about and I waited to see if one stood on his hind-legs because they sometimes do that, too. It's not like they have vicious antlers to scrape :)
Val: that would be funny. Knowing me, the soundtrack on this is probably Rammstein. Suitable if this is a bunny smackdown.
MT: "it's not like they have vicious antlers to scrape." Um, except for jackalopes.
"and then nails her"... priceless.
I don't think it's flirting or fighting. Looks like 2 members of the same warren just playing. The "sproinginess" indicates play, when rabbits fight they tend to bite down and not let go, it can't really be mistaken for anything else. And rabbits about to get it on usually move slower.
I speak from a decade of rabbit ownership. :)
